This notice explains how Mesoa handles information submitted through this website.

When you request a demo

We collect your name and email address, along with any organization name or message you choose to provide. We use these details to respond, discuss your use case, and arrange a demo. Sending a request does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

How the website handles your request

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form submissions in Workers KV. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from spam and automated abuse; it processes technical browser and network information for that purpose. Our application uses a short-lived, keyed identifier for rate limiting and does not store your raw IP address with your request.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics on this website. Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver and protect its services. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Access and retention

Form submissions are available to Mesoa’s account administrators for responding to requests. They are automatically removed from the website’s lead store after one year. Rate limiting uses short-lived counters at Cloudflare’s edge. Correspondence that follows your request is handled separately in our communications systems.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your submission through the contact form. Include “privacy request” in your message and use the email address associated with the original submission. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Please do not include passwords, confidential records, or sensitive personal information.
